Vegan Snack: Open-Faced Fruit Sandwich

What you’ll need:

  • Seed Bread (2 slices)
  • Nut Butter (2 tbs.)
  • Flaxseed (1 tbs.)
  • Sliced Fruit (Banana, Strawberry, Mango, etc.)

Toast bread to desired crispness. Mix nut butter and flaxseed, and then spread evenly on top of toast. Add layer of fruit. Slice in halves or fourths if desired.
